Initial call cancelled to a time one hour earlier at last minute. I was not aware of cancelation and app. Accepted me at original time displaying 'waiting for (other) participants' I tried several times with same result. I received a missed call from Pension Fund, called & abandoned when I realized I was making a costly call to the USA!

This application needs to be reviewed with the user in mind; it is frustrating. I will not want to spend days only to renew a CE every year. A census can be conducted at reasonable intervals to determine if the retiree is still living or not. Worse, if the retiree gets into a condition that they cannot use the Application.
