The app functions well, but I am only using it for a second time after one full year, so I was forgetful of how I was supposed to use it. For example, I didn't know how to take the photograph and scan the document ID. I figured it out, though. It's very useful to have this app available to do this exercise instead of having to do it in paper and then mail it. It is a wonderful invention. The only thing I don't like is that the photograph it takes makes me look ugly, and I am not so ugly.

Very long and tedious process with not enough clear instructions beforehand. Slow process in taking biological face scan or whatever. Not enough options for scheduling. And terrible one-way only communication.

This is the most difficult drawn out process that one could possibly imagine. When I finally had my face recognized I tried to open the Digital CE app it would not open. I reinstalled the app and then had to go through the whole process again. The face recognition is far too insensitive. All in all a real pain in the backside. There must be better technology available. Am I going to have to go through all this again next year?
