A huge drawback is that even if you're their customer, and they have your data & the photocopy of your passport, they still require you to bring your passport with you to unlock your account... Even my bank (Ameriabank) is more relaxed in that paperwork bureaucracy stuff.

A couple of suggestions to gradually make the thing more comfortable: 1. I sometimes have to send the application to background to look into the confirmation SMS. Would be nice to come back to the application and see the state I've left it in. 2. Sometimes when my keypad opens, it obstructs the key input fields and buttons behind, so I don't see what I'm typing in. 3. Having an input dialog in a form of a credit card is sure cool, but that doesn't automatically make input comfortable. Would be nice to have credit card number separated into 4-digit sections like previously. Also, when I type in the month, I'd expect the cursor to automatically jump into the year section, while this doesn't happen as of now.

I can’t register. I’m entering the password exactly as required (8+ characters, number, uppercase, symbol — the whole sacred ritual), and the app still refuses to continue, insisting my password must be at least 8 characters. At this point I’m thinking the app is gaslighting me. What do you want, a blood sample and a handwritten oath too? Because apparently a perfectly valid password isn’t enough for this thing to let me in.

Ucom scamming users my 41013887 had 5001 amd balance my level up+ unlimited 4000 dram didn't renew, my balance reduced to 3400 amd I called several times they finally answered after one hour and said if you need your package quickly top up 600 amd while we check to return your consumed balance I topped up now 90 min passed my unlimited package did not activate yet and I'm trying to call, but they don't reply
