Not satisfied with the customer support and the suppt from the buddy which was provided when the course is going on and the counselor also don't reply they only help you start the course after that you are own your own. If a student is investing so much money he will need help and reply from the upgrade team every time I have. Query have to drop a mail and have to wait for 24 to 48 working hrs worst. Please do not go ahead with upgrade.

One of the biggest scams, these people are doing, they're dealing with the 3rd party low class consultancies who are cheating students, when I addressed this issue with upgrade people they contacted the 3rd party cheap and fraud consultancy called Blossom overseas, and trying to threaten me, this is how these people are working and wasting students time and money. You can reach me if and sort my issue if this review needs to be deleted, and I'll write this in all the platforms

An absolute scam. They have 26-28 year olds "counselling" folks who're looking for CPE or PG and in their mid 30s and early 40s. I mean come on are you kidding me. I have nothing against any age but who in their right mind being younger is going to be able to counsel a fairly experienced 35-40 year old adult. Staff your company with folks who're experienced to counsel. Absolute trash company. Don't waste your time and money. Don't let upgrade be even your last resort for education. Utter garbage
