Upright is a POTS tracker for people living with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), dysautonomia and the conditions that travel with them. Diagnosed or still chasing answers, Upright turns confusing daily symptoms into clear patterns you and your doctor can act on.

POTS is managed every single day: salt loading, fluids, the standing heart rate test, medications and avoiding triggers. Upright brings your whole POTS routine into one simple dysautonomia tracker, with a Today screen that shows where you stand at a glance.

STANDING HEART RATE TEST (NASA LEAN TEST)
Record your resting heart rate lying down and your peak heart rate standing. Upright flags a rise of 30 bpm or more, the threshold used for POTS, and charts your standing heart rate over days and weeks.

SALT, FLUID & ELECTROLYTE TRACKER
Log sodium and fluids in one tap and watch progress rings fill toward the daily targets your doctor set. For POTS, salt and electrolytes are frontline treatment, not a gimmick.

POTS SYMPTOM TRACKER & FLARE DIARY
Log dizziness, brain fog, racing heart, fatigue, nausea and fainting with a severity score and triggers like heat, standing, big meals and your menstrual cycle. Trends compares your symptom days with your low-salt days so you can see what sets off a POTS flare.

TRIGGER CORRELATIONS (PRO)
See each trigger ranked by how many episodes you tagged with it, its share of your flares and the average severity, over the last 30 days.

MEDICATION REMINDERS
Add midodrine, fludrocortisone, salt tablets, beta blockers or any other POTS medication with its dose and times. Upright reminds you when each dose is due, even when the app is closed, and tracks your adherence for the doctor report.

With your permission, Upright reads the heart rate samples your watch recorded, through Health Connect and read-only, to fill in the resting and standing values of your stand test. Heart rate data is used only for the stand test and its trends, stays on your device and is never uploaded or shared.

DOCTOR-READY PDF & CSV REPORTS (PRO)
Export a POTS report with standing heart rate trends, symptom frequency, your top trigger, medication adherence and salt and fluid averages. Bring evidence to your cardiologist instead of a vague memory.
