PlyoMetricAI: Vertical Jump

PlyoMetricAI — Vertical Jump Test & Training App

Film one jump. PlyoMetricAI measures your vertical jump height from the video and turns that number into a plyometric training plan built for your level. No jump mat, no Vertec, no sensor, no wearable — just the phone you already carry. Made for basketball, volleyball, football and track athletes, and for anyone getting ready for a tryout or combine.

MEASURE YOUR VERTICAL JUMP FROM ONE VIDEO
Record a short clip, or upload one from your camera roll, and the AI vertical jump analyzer finds the frame where you leave the ground and the frame where you land. Your jump height is then calculated from that flight time with physics, so the number traces back to real frames instead of a guess. It works as a vertical jump tester, a vertical jump calculator and a jump height meter in one app.
• Your jump height in inches after every test
• Readiness score, flight time and ground contact time
• Coaching cues on your takeoff and your landing
• Clear advice when a clip can't be measured — too dark, too far away, wrong angle or feet out of frame — instead of an invented number
• A self-timer for filming yourself — a countdown to get in position, and the clip stops on its own

WORKS IN ANY GYM
Analysis runs on our secure AI backend. With no signal, PlyoMetricAI measures the jump on your phone instead, so a gym with no bars still gives you a vertical jump measurement.

A PLYOMETRIC PLAN BUILT FOR YOUR LEVEL
Your level is set from your measured vertical jump, adjusted for age and sex, and from how consistently you train — not from a dropdown. PlyoMetricAI Pro builds a 4–8 week progressive-overload program from 60+ plyometric exercises: box jumps, depth drops, pogo jumps, tuck jumps, bounding, approach work and core. Every exercise is gated by level and landing mechanics, so a beginner is never handed an elite depth jump. Preparing for a tryout or combine? Choose that goal and the plan adds more approach and vertical drive work.
• A tutorial video link for every exercise
• Edit sets, reps and weight, or swap an exercise for one that suits your level
• Rebuild the plan as your vertical climbs — a vertical jump trainer that keeps up with you

LOG EVERY VERTICAL JUMP WORKOUT
• Log sets, reps, added weight, weighted vest and ankle weights
• Log a session on the day you did it, even if you forgot
• A calendar of every day you trained each exercise
• Streaks and milestones that reward consistent training
• Training reminders on the days you plan to train

YOUR VERTICAL JUMP TRACKER
Re-test every week or two and watch the trend. Every measurement lands on one progress chart you can filter by training plan, next to your latest jump and your projected gain, with a reminder when your next re-test is due. Share a chart or stat with your coach, and export every jump and session as a CSV file.

BUILT FOR YOUR SPORT
Basketball players chasing a dunk, volleyball hitters working their approach, football and track athletes building explosive power — your vertical jump training follows the sport and goal you choose.

FREE AND PRO
Your first vertical jump measurement is free, and so are exercise logging, the calendar, streaks and reminders. PlyoMetricAI Pro unlocks unlimited measurements, the training plan, progress trends, projected gain, every coaching cue, full jump history, per-exercise insights and CSV export. Prices are shown in your local currency before you buy.

PRIVACY
No account and no sign-up. Your profile, logs, plans and history stay on your device. The jump video you submit goes to our secure backend to be analysed, is used only to produce your result and is then deleted — never stored, never shared, never used to train models.

Download PlyoMetricAI, take your vertical jump test and start training to jump higher.
