Upshur Rural provides URECC customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from URECC.

I just wanted to check a reliable power outage report of my area at 4 in the morning and downloaded the power company's official app and for some reason it needs a bunch of information that is unnecessary to look at a power outage report I understand this app has other things that information is only needed for those other things don't make me give you that information unless accessing those specific parts

Like the other review, I get no usage report. Haven't in a couple of months. Works on my wife's older I phone but not on my Samsung S8. It did work on it until about 2 months ago. Must be a problem with Androids. I reported this via phone about a month back but no improvement yet.

I thought SWEPT was a bad electric company but UPYOURS Rural Electric Company takes top prize. At least SWEPT doesn't discriminate against disabled people, doesn't charge $400.00 for an $84.00 electric bill, (talk about price gouging, and the only monopoly in this area). I hope this company goes bankrupt and hope it doesn't rise from the ashes ever again. The company must be owned by Donald Trump.
