I had trouble getting the app to work correctly, so I contacted Uberchord Support. They helped me correct the problem, and now I am having fun with the app. I would recommend this app to anyone. I received this guitar as a gift and attempted to register it through the app, my serial number is "invalid". I thought no problem I'll email support, and hopefully it gets resolved, all my emails bounce, and to my knowledge no other way to contact for support.

Never played a day in my life. Picked up some great hints and lesson it's nice to learn but as you go along with the lessons it sometimes freezes. Also, it won't pick up any sound at times. Other than the app is very cool, and I will try to continue. Can you help fix the freeze and sound issue

Keith is good. I don't know who this other girl is, but I could do without her. She ruins it for me. In addition, this app doesn't teach you guitar theory. It just teaches chords. It's ok for a beginner. I'm moving to Concision where I can study guitar theory. I want to learn the fretboard and scales.
