Pathetic app.Loading application itself has a problem.And the money we transferred will not credited to account we have to call customer care to make it happen.And milk delivery also not on time.Better to shift to some other service rather than using this.

Decent experience so far. It is easy to place order and the option to pause the subscription is good. Milk delivery is better than Big basket, but misses at least 2-3 times consistently every month. I have to drop an email to customer care to get refund. Minimum recharge of Rs 1000 is a scam. It should have been as per customer requirement. But, overall I would recommend urdoorstep.

Not refunding my wallet amount. urdoorstep is asking minimun recharge of Rs 1000 not less than that. I moved to another location where urdoorstep does not deliver. so asked them to refund the existing amout. Till date one month passed neither they responded my mail nor comfirmed over phone. On call they are telling we have started the process, you will get the money next week. it seems they willingly not refunding the amount. urdoorstep is cheating customers.

People be-aware. It is fraud company. Here is the model they cheat people - Have to add Rs. 1000 to their wallet to order anything. they they do not deliver and id you ask for refund, they will show as wallet balance which we can't use as they don't deliver. So please stay away from urDoorstep fraud and also share this with your friends and relatives. They do public cheating!

For once, deliver the milk. you keep on deducting money from wallet without delivering the milk. after repeated calls you are yet to refund the amount . everytime you say the milk is either finished or delivery guy is unreachable. then why have you opened a business.
