I have made an accident with a car, I have contacted the office to provide me with another car then was keeping telling me I will arrange a care for you, after three days he said that he cannt provide a car, and he told me to call URENT, and they will arrange another car for me, I have contacted URent, and they said for the car replacement that I have to book another one from another host and I lost like 10 days from my booking I paid already for one month, they stopped answering my messages. Bad

Worth every customer service if you have any problem with the host they don't seem to be helpful, my host wants to switch of the car while I was already paid and using it because he rent that car in higher price to someone else, your payment card will stick there, and they deduct before they inform you (it happened for salik) which it's the payment you should do anyway, but they shouldn't deduct before informing you, normally you agree to the payment then you pay with your knowledge
