I joined about 20 yrs ago, and they were exceptionally good C/S when I joined. I told friends and family who joined as well. Sadly, the C/S experience at the branches has taken a dive over the last 5-10 years. The decline seemed to start with a partnership with local high schools, and got worse after Covid. Going to the branches is now a chore with long waits in line any time of day. The atmosphere in the branches is dreary, and less professional; reminds me of the Walmart return desk experience

New website / app / online banking redesign experience is terrible for the sole reason that I now receive paper documents and account statements in the mail and there is NO WAY to disable or opt out of paper mailings within the website or app account settings. It's 2024 - paper mailings should be OPT-IN only! I NEVER want to receive any paper mail account statements!

Cloning is identity theft duplicating accounts, bank fraud, credit card fraud, and duplicating debits is illegal also in the United States 🇺🇸

Belle doesn't work. No update in play store for the app and belle app just takes me to bank app. Making it hard to pay my bills!
