The app removes username and password nearly every time I go to log in, then does "not recognize" credentials to verify my account. I avoid opening this particular app and pay with other methods all the time. Please fix these issues.

Can we not do better? First the app stopped working on my old phone which forced me to buy a new phone to maintain functionality. All other "Banking APPS" offer the ability to make scheduled automatic payments of minimum due or balance in full or a set amount by the due date. Where is this functionality in this APP? While I love my CU, this APP is so outdated as regards functionality it is like "teats on a bore hog", useless! "Bless their hearts" is a saying I never understood until now!
