Exceptionally talented artists playing music that elevates the soul. Note: Rear first tier seating for the disabled in wheelchairs has partial obstruction of over half the stage. THAT OBSTRUCTION MUST BE DISCLOSED PRIOR TO ANY CONSUMER PURCHASES. Update your ticket sellers and the box office. Changes must be made on ALL websites and re-training of all persons assisting customers on what constitutes ADA compliance for the disabled. Please contact the county, etc., to fix this unacceptable error.

I primarily use this app for ticketing. I can also view the playbill and preview upcoming performances. I could use the app during a performance, but prefer the printed playbill. I could transfer electronic tickets to Google Wallet but find the app works easily enough that I don't need to do that.

The app works, sort of. Delivery by phone is customer unfriendly. I picked "digital delivery" because I thought it included PDF delivery by e-mail like major city symphonies. App says, "tickets will be available view and share 72 hours before performance." Huh, what if my phone dies? Not acceptable.

Thank you for forcing me to download a useless, slow, clunky app to simply access the tickets I purchased. Just what I wanted with my symphony purchase - a slower phone with bloatware. I thought the symphony was supposed to be classy - forcing me to install an app to access my own tickets feels sleazy.

Forced app download for something this insignificant is the most Boomer thing ever. Please. Stop. Not everything needs to be an app, not everything needs an account. Please stop, it's so tiring. Just let me print it or use google wallet
