Would give 5 stars if you could include the ability to view the amount of credit on both meters in the app , so you can check how much is on them when you not at home in case a top-up is needed while you are out .

Great app. Easy to use. Makes life easier than having to go to shops for gas and electricity all the time. I do think it would be helpful to see your balance on the app. So u can check it when not home. (On holiday for example)

I had realised that my g&e payment hadn't registered after topping up using this app. I am disabled and at the time couldn't get to the shops so was dependant on this service. I messaged them through the app as I had no fual and they didn't even bother getting back in touch I was left 5 days without anything. Useless!

Doesn't give my CREDIT BALANCE just allows me to TOP UP my meters for G&E!! Despite my smart device@home DISPLAYING the TOP UP. And even WORSE SMETS1 is a CON CON making my meters go DUMB after changing SUPPLIERS to a NON RIPOFF company!!! So UTILITA ENERGY⚡ are ONLY INTERESTED in ONE thing!!! TAKING my MONEY🤑💸💵💴💶💰💳 as customer/ PROFITEERING!!! NOT allowing for me to SHOP around and my SMART METERS going DUMB making them NOT SMART METERS but DUMB METERS!!! 😭😭😭 RIPOFF company!!!

What a crappy app. What does it usually do..It forgets you, it forgets you have changed your card details. It loses track of payments. It's just like the company..USELESS! Then if you try to sign in, it's forgotten your sign in details. Got a Smart Meter from them too, had to pay £39.99 for it as previous tenant took it with them. Never got that back!! The Meter don't do nothing forme.No reply on their behalf, another company making money and stuff the customers needs. Search a better supplier.
