Our parcels scanning app allows retailers within the Collect+ network to easily scan parcels into and out of their stores. The app can also be used for printing parcel labels in store and checking the current parcel stock.

App runs all good no issues. Would be better if label print in store was on main menu, we use ours on a Sunni v2 pro hand terminal, provided by waypoint. It has its own receipt printer built in if there was an option to print off tracking codes rather than send to email address. Some customers prefer a hard copy and has caused some heated moments when they're unable to get one. So we tend to use the till more, so they can get the copy making the app of no use 🤔

Great app, however cannot use on another device, lets you log in but doesn't allow you to process parcels, fairly disappointing as it has the potential to be a very handy app for a large shop like ourselves.

This was a really good app to use at one point until it kicked me off. I now cannot log back in as it requires a waypoint site ID and a waypoint agent number. Until that's done I can't use it. And I need it for work!

1. Scans ECP Code from labels but no luck scanning handwritten ones, albeit clearly written. 2. Never able to actually submit parcels due to internal errors (same after update too!). Recent error being - ''The PP. Parcelservices API has an Internal server Error''. So we're still having to enter all the parcels manually, which is a pain! Just curious what bugs are you exactly fixing with these updates, if you can't even get the basic to work? 🤔 Update: Still awaiting response to email...
