The app doesn't say the same as my electric box. So I have to check the box as the app is never right. I've been out of electric because the app is wrong, so I've lost money cause of this.

Absolutely ridiculous app. Doesn't let you save a card so have to input my card details every single time and balance only gets updated ONCE A WEEK? Ridiculous service.

The balance on the app doesn't match the balance on your smart meter. Lucky I checked my smart meter cause my app said my balance was over £50 yet my smart meter said.I only had £18.
