● Just scan and go ● Open the app to find electric bikes at nearby stations — available 24/7. Scan the QR code on the bike to the left, at the end of the row, start your rental, and press the left brake to release the bike from the station. And just like that, you're on your way.
● Let the app guide you ● Feel at home on any route with GPS navigation built right into the app. Just relax and enjoy the ride.
● As many stops as you like ● Need a quick stop? Park the bike in a bike rack and tap "Pause" in the app to lock it.
● The joy of sharing ● End your rental by docking the bike at a rental dock in the station. Like magic, it’s now available for the next rider!
If you have an issue with a bike, please report it in the app and follow the on-screen instructions. In some cases, you may be asked to return the bike to a maintenance dock.

Love the initiative, though I have noticed differences with the services offered in other cities such as Toulouse. You will find no big screens next to bikes to get one without your phone. The app is a must-have I think. At least it saves the city the big investment of adding them, which helps provide more bikes thanks to the savings, so it's not all bad. I must convey my surprise regarding how many people are riding them around schools, and how comparatively few have downloaded this app though.
