App is not working the version is old to support told me 2.2 is not working 2.4 is needed edit: they fixed it :) city bikes are cool thanks for fixing the app :P

Bad Service! The app charged me $13 and never allow me to use a bike! I followed all instructions and never works. I tried to call to the company and never picked up.

Can't sign up with peruvian number (says 'something went wrong'), and when I press the button to center the map on me while I'm in Lima, it says "You are too far from the bike sharing scheme. You can retry when you will be in Vancouver or its area :)" ??

Unusable. Could not unlock a bike. Tried multiple times, on multiple bikes - kept giving errors. And the app doesn't communicate with the bike lock mechanism at all. It's all done through the lock mechanism's number pad. Useless.
