Great app if you are staying in one of the Valamar hotels. It gives you a good overview of what is where, opening times and current events. Check in/out was super easy, and you can also inform them in advance if you are arriving with a car, i.e. your license plate.

This app is unfortunately a scam. Don't bother to order room service through this app, despite confirming the order (room #, order # and in progress status) it doesn't work and is filled with bugs and errors. Ordered a 17eu club sandwich and thought having a small simple quick starter would help, waited 30+ mins. I called reception to ask how much longer it would take, they said 40 mins and then came to the room 10 mins later to take my order again? Learn from my frustrating mistake

It is not fair that if you make Booking outside this app or Valamar Reservation center, you can not claim Valamar points. Customers can feel discriminated that way.
