A fantastic hotel group, clean, modern accommodation, kind and helpful staff. We stayed in Sunny Hotel the food was beyond expectations as I am gluten intolerant and my son is super fussy but there were loads of options. If you stay do get directions to the small onsite shopping mall it's great for picking up water and odds and ends at reasonable prices.

It is not fair that if you make Booking outside this app or Valamar Reservation center, you can not claim Valamar points. Customers can feel discriminated that way.

This app is unfortunately a scam. Don't bother to order room service through this app, despite confirming the order (room #, order # and in progress status) it doesn't work and is filled with bugs and errors. Ordered a 17eu club sandwich and thought having a small simple quick starter would help, waited 30+ mins. I called reception to ask how much longer it would take, they said 40 mins and then came to the room 10 mins later to take my order again? Learn from my frustrating mistake
