Terrible...taking money without authorization after giving reading and date of vacating.my account was overdrawn, and I had no money over the weekend...could not resolve as was a Friday and valda closed over the weekend...now on hold!now requesting call back.!

Rubbish app don't work, and I've spent an hour and a half on the phone waiting every time I try to call IOUs and if use the callback or chat facility IOUs don't respond either.

Tried to get on my account, and it's the wrong account. I tried to do live chat, which just sat on searching, so I tried to call no answer. I get emails of how much I owe, yet it doesn't show online in the account number I have so im completely locked out plus when I got asked to provide a meter reading I did and asked for a call back to sort this again it was just left. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed
