When you make a payment there's an error message but payment still goes through. So far the only negative I have found

Rubbish app don't work, and I've spent an hour and a half on the phone waiting every time I try to call IOUs and if use the callback or chat facility IOUs don't respond either.

Was happy until they tried to take money they shouldn't. I left the premises 2 months ago, everything up to date notified and gave them the end of lease notification as well as the landlord details. Each time they continue to try to take money, you tell them again and give the evidence again, still they try to take money. Valda, I am NO LONGER a customer, you have no reason to continue to send me bills and have been told numerous times NOT to try and take money from my bank (fraud, theft or scam?)
