Value Guard: Warranty Tracker

Value Guard is a warranty tracker and home inventory app in one. Each item you own keeps its receipt, manual, serial number and all its warranties together, so when something breaks you know at once if it is covered. A warranty reminder comes a week before cover ends, even with the app closed. Free, no ads, backed up to your own Google Drive, and Pro is one payment, not a subscription.

REPLACE THE SHOEBOX, THE BINDER AND THE SPREADSHEET
No more faded receipts in a drawer, warranty cards you cannot find or a spreadsheet you stopped updating. Add a TV, a fridge, a laptop or an e-bike in under a minute: name, brand, category, purchase date and price. Each item shows a live status (covered, expiring soon or expired), and the home screen adds up how much of what you own is still under warranty and what it is all worth.

ONE ITEM, SEVERAL WARRANTIES
Real products rarely have one warranty. Give the motor a different term from the battery, or the panel a different term from the rest of the TV. Each part gets its own countdown, and the item shows its longest coverage.

WARRANTY EXPIRY REMINDERS
Value Guard sends a warranty reminder a week before cover expires, while there is still time to claim, book a repair or buy an extended warranty. With Pro you pick the days, from 60 days before to the day itself, and can get them by email too.

RECEIPTS, WARRANTY CARDS AND MANUALS
Photograph a receipt with the built-in scanner: it finds the edges of the paper and straightens it into a clean copy. Add warranty cards, invoices and PDF manuals from your files. When you make a claim, the proof of purchase, the purchase date and the serial number are on the item's page, with the exact date each warranty ends.

A HOME INVENTORY FOR INSURANCE
After a fire, a flood or a theft, your insurer asks what you owned and what it was worth. Value Guard is a household inventory with proof of ownership built in: photos of receipts, model and serial numbers or IMEI, where you bought each item and what you paid. The total value helps you choose the right contents cover and avoid being underinsured. With Pro, turn the whole home inventory into a PDF report for an insurance claim, or export it as a CSV spreadsheet.

FOR EVERYTHING YOU OWN
Phones, laptops, TVs, cameras, game consoles, smartwatches, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, power tools, bikes, furniture and watches. Search by name or brand, filter by category, or by room with Pro, and sort by value, date or what expires first. With Pro you can make your own categories and rooms, so it also works as a personal inventory for a move.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Your vault lives on your phone and works offline. Back it up for free, receipts and manuals included, to a folder in your own Google Drive, so your records stay yours whatever happens to any app. With Pro, a second phone signed in to the same account stays in sync. No ads, and we never sell your data.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Value Guard speaks 45 languages, and dates and currencies follow your region.
