Pretty decent app with some nice updates however it never seems to log off properly and just hangs.

It does the job fairly well. The only thing is, when they upgrade, you may lose all your payees. And that could be very troublesome. I do like the ability to deposit via picture.

Set as default is weird and not necessary, not having a decimal point on the first number pad is ridiculous, but the rest seems okay

Not a fan of the update, in my experience, when I deposit money, it doesn't reflect right away, and can be confusing. Sometimes transactions are not in chronological order, and it also causes confusion. Now when I send E transfers, the passwords are no longer saved, I have to enter a new password every time, it's not the end of the world however it's frustrating. The app before the update was great, I wish I could remove the update and go back

Not good. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because some things work but the features that don't are the one's that are most inconvenient. For example, on the switch to the new app all my bill payees disappeared and the app would not accept any of my account numbers. I tried several times over several days until it was finally resolved. Now the app will never remember my card # and I have to put in a verification code each time I sign in. C'mon VC you are better than this!

The old app was better. Easier to navigate and fewer bugs. Very disappointed in the new app. Makes me want to leave vanity.
