Very good journey. Bus was new, clean and on time. Attached toilet was very useful for seniors and patients. Seats were wide and comfortable, and they provided water bottles, blanket and dim bu. Overall very clean and hygienic service and time ing service good

Terrible experience! Reached the boarding point at 9:00 PM for my 9:20 PM bus. Confirmed the location 3 times, but at 10:45 PM, the driver claimed it was wrong. I was within walking distance, yet they refused to wait even a minute while I had waited for hours. Instead, they told me to follow the bus and left me behind. The driver even scolded me! Paid for my seat, but they left empty just to reach early. Unacceptable service!

On February 12, 2025, at around 11:00 pm, a passenger waiting at Bellandur was left behind by your bus. The driver refused to stop and instead told her to "follow the bus," which is impossible in Bangalore's traffic. This unprofessional behavior caused unnecessary distress to the passenger. I request that you investigate this issue and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I will never trust this bus service again.

Highly disappointing experience with a transportation service. The driver arrived an hour late for the scheduled pickup and then left without on-boarding me, leaving me stranded without any means of transportation. Despite multiple attempts to contact the driver, I received proper explanation for these issues. This lack of professionalism and reliability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this service for anyone seeking dependable transportation.
