The app is nice to navigate, easy to understand and the process is less of a hassle than most VAT return systems. My only complaint is regarding the information section of your account. The moment you enter to double-check your info, I had to enter my info all over again and then go through the verification process again. But, all in all, a very good app, skip Global Blue and just go with these guys/girls.

Terrible app and also website keeps crashing. You cannot claim your tax without it, so you will have to go through the whole process, in my case I had to upload my documents about 6 times before it finally worked. The app only works if you allow to track your location, which is unnecessary for its purpose. If you want to select a future date, for passport expiry, you have to click month by month. Good luck.

Worst experience I've had with any money transaction,10 email's received +2 requests to them to clarify and explain what is going on. L had at least 4 requests for documents including passport and stamped costums documents, and finally copy of boarding pass 4 days after return to UK. Final straw was that passport details were wrong including number, gender, and country of residence. If they are using AI for reading documents then they should spend it back to primary school.

A badly programmed app. Everytime I tried to upload receipts or my passport, it froze. And the way they allow you to select dates for your birthday, passport expiration dates is archaic, you need to press the arrow 30 times to get the right month....

It's not useful When I have arrived at Schiphol airport, submitting our receipts to global view counter, didn't accepted by agent, said that VAT application and their calculations are wrong and aren't reliable. They calculated again all refunds, much lesser than this application stated.
