VB-AUDIO Software / VBAN-Receptor Lite allows listening to VBAN "Stream1" in CD Quality Format (44.1 kHz, 16 bits Stereo max) and transform your mobile device in High Quality Wireless Headphone.
VBAN protocol is made to transport native audio in PCM format on any local network (LAN or WLAN).
VBAN Stream can be generated by Voicemeeter Application, the Virtual Audio Device Mixer (www.voicemeeter.com). VBAN Stream must be called "Stream1".
Additional Features: - Play / Stop Streaming.
Other functions in menu: - Display mobile device IP-Address. - Setup VBAN Protocol UDP port. - Setup Network Quality (to optimize latency).

Vincent, please make a microphone app for android (outgoing stream). As Joshua said, change the default VBAN server to 44100Hz, named Stream1: PSA: if you have the Lite version, you have to configure VBAN options to 44.1 (44100), 16 bit, stereo (2-channel) -- it can't support other formats, but if they are being sent in that format, it simply won't play anything and won't give an error message either. PSA2: If you have a sound card that senses headphone insert (eg, it pops up and asks you what you plugged in) I've found that the audio refuses to play with no jack inserted in the computer, unless you select another audio output in VoiceMeeter on the PC.

EDIT: I am glad to hear that the crackling that was present I earlier versions is now gone! Thank you for fixing this :D As promised, here are your 5 stars! -- Works fine only when app is open. Sound starts crackling when minimizing and/or locking screen. Will change to 5 stars if audio crackling gets fixed :)

This allows me to connect to the stream and see that audio is coming through, however, the audio doesn't actually play.

Works with voicemeeter potato vban on set name(stream1), channel, and 44.1 samples. You cannot change them without purchasing full app. Garbled audio when using VBan lite on android with Bluetooth as mentioned in another review. I already own lite version, paid version, & paid walkie-talkie versions of mobile VBan on iOS which doesn't have the Bluetooth issue. I'll have to hold off until the issue is resolved on android for those devices. Going to be an iOS only party for a while.
