★★★★★ Many automated features make the process easy.

★★☆☆☆ The app keep asking for deposit every time for the same facilities even though the deposit already paid, still require management office manually check for previously paid deposit and manually approve

★★☆☆☆ Sometimes cannot log in, but the password and username is the exactly same and after ive done nothing, suddenly can log in again after a few days, only have 40% chance to login every time I need to use this app

★★☆☆☆ After July update, I couldn't log in anymore. Tried to recover temporary password & scan QR code. The system asked me to request primary user to assign. I'm the original primary user, and I've not registered the account with another phone!

★★☆☆☆ I have a recurring visit from my siblings, but the current visitor pass only allow one day visit

★★☆☆☆ I cannot book facilities (badminton court in Krystal height apartment shah alam) for the same day. I only can book on the next day. I already ask JMB officer to inquire developer. No answer. Disappointing app
