Poor service, they don't know how to speak to customer no professionalism. I ordered and specified a message to send good and fresh vegetables since previous orders I faced some issues, they called back and said cant deliver fresh vegetables as this is rainy season and cancelled order. When I shared my previous experiences with him of missing goods and damaged goods he said we are running business since 3 years not even single complaint has been made by customer was his claim, only you are problem to us and don't order on our app anymore. My previous experience I ordered couple of times, some or other things were missing or damaged on the order, for damaged goods they say we can't do anything and for missing goods they don't refund amount they just say remind us when you order next time we will include those missing items. Next time when you order they don't even pick your call. Suggestion as customer: Learn how to speak to customer. Customer service is the integral part of business.
