VeraForma: Personal Trainer

Most apps count your reps. VeraForma watches you do them.

New to Premium? Your first 7 days are free.

Calorie targets and a meal plan: free.

No other app we could find lets you just start moving, names the exercise from your phone's camera mid-set, and, once you tap to confirm, checks your form on it.

Prop your phone up and train. The camera watches your set, names what it sees with the number it measured, and draws the line on your body. After each set you get the fault, the fix, the worst reading, and a photo of the rep where it happened.

Coached While You Move
• With Premium, the coach speaks the fix while you move ("Knees out." "Chest up.") and sticks to the one or two things that matter.
• Seven coach voices, all AI-generated. One is an AI copy of Brad's voice, giving you his coaching cues.

One Squat. The Faults a Trainer Would Name.
• Brad's Fitness Evaluation, on your phone. Free account. Brad's questions. One squat on camera. Then your results.
• Faults named the way a trainer names them, with the muscles that are tight and the muscles that are weak behind each one.
• At the end of your evaluation, see your findings on your own 3D body.
• With Premium, every phase after Phase 1 is rebuilt from your latest screen, and your corrective routine opens every session.

A Plan That Fits Your Week
• Lose weight, build muscle, get stronger or play your sport: your goal shapes the plan.
• A programme built around your week: 2 to 7 days, 30 minutes or an hour or no limit, at your level.
• Six training phases, four weeks each, from control to strength to power. Phase 1 is free for as long as you want it.
• Built around the kit you have: a full gym, dumbbells, bands, or nothing at all.
• Bad night or very sore? Today gets lighter, you see exactly what changed, and one tap keeps the full workout.
• Your weights are filled in from last time, and after each set it tells you what to lift next.

Your Nutrition Programme
• Food apps tell you what you ate. This one knows the training it wrote for you.
• Targets that learn from your log, and a meal plan of real recipes you can swap.
• Heavy days get more carbohydrate, rest days less. Same meals all week; only the portions move.
• Log a meal five ways: search, scan, snap, describe or type it in.

Pain and Posture
• Tap where it hurts and see what usually sends pain there.
• Something hurts today? Answer four questions and today's session swaps out what loads it, or tells you it is one for a doctor or physio first.
• Tell it about the old knee or the bad shoulder once, and the programme trains around it.
• Standing posture from two photos, marked up with a plumb line and the angle of each deviation.
VeraForma is coaching, not medicine. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it does not replace your doctor or physio.

"I used the camera function today, it's great. Practiced some push-ups." — Samantha, VeraForma client

Your Privacy
The camera reads you on your phone. Your form-check video stays on your phone unless you choose to send it. You decide what else goes: a meal photo or a gym scan is sent to be read by AI; a photo or set you choose to send Brad goes to him; and a bug report or a wall post goes where you send it. No advertising, no outside analytics, no trackers. We do not sell your data.

Premium
7-day free trial, then $29.99 a month, or $249.99 a year (save 30%). Cancel any time in Google Play. The movement screen is free, and it stays free.

Exercise demonstrations feature Merissa, VeraForma's AI-generated fitness model (a synthetic performer).
