I have to use this app for work to clock in and out, the app works great I never have any trouble with doing my tasks, and I can easily get messages from my employer as well!

I'm the client and the employer, and I didn't think there were any problems with the app until today. Got a call from my ins saying I'm at a very low percentage of clock in and outs, and could be taken off program all due because the app is not showing the clock ins. I mentioned that at times, the only problem I've noticed was the map symbol, not lit. So it could be the GPS not working. App has been updated. There is no need to update, I don't know what else to do? Will have to call them.

This app does not work. Clock ins and outs are always missing when reviewing visits, making me out of compliance and not getting paid

Clocking in and out doesn't always work. The location doesn't work. Tells me I'm 1000ft away which is not true

Ever since I updated my vesta app a good while back. Location gps is never right. It says I'm 255 or more from member location all the time when I'm either next to her or in the kitchen smh

Alerts not even 1/2 the time. Then if you do clock in and out it will keep you clocked in. Example, clocked out yesterday and went on before bed it says I was clocked out... this morning tried to clock in, and it says I never clocked out.

02-08-2025 This app is a hot mess. The GPS is horribly inaccurate. The GPS normally puts me 2064.0 feet from the home, and I am literally in the bedroom or other part of the one-bedroom apartment. Lately the piss poor app has put me 753.6 miles from the home when I am actually in the one-bedroom apartment. I was told to change my device settings. That's not happening. I'm not changing the settings in my personal device to accommodate an app that'll eventually force me to do a factory reset.
