I'm the client and the employer, and I didn't think there were any problems with the app until today. Got a call from my ins saying I'm at a very low percentage of clock in and outs, and could be taken off program all due because the app is not showing the clock ins. I mentioned that at times, the only problem I've noticed was the map symbol, not lit. So it could be the GPS not working. App has been updated. There is no need to update, I don't know what else to do? Will have to call them.

Every time I try clocking out the app freezes my entire phone.

An app/time keeping way for employees to clock in or out. Constantly having issues costing very needy patients losing time to be cared for. Vesta does not care to get their time keeping system to work properly. Their app and token is a mess, wasting patient care. There are better more reliable tokens and apps to use, but some politicians and company executives who do not care about the patient who suffers from loss of caregiver duties. CMS does not seem to care either!!!!

I began using the app on Mar 1, 2024. It worked well for 19 days, then on March 20th (rainy day) the app began to fail. It would not allow me to clock in/ out of the morn and evening hrs. It ended up clearing my info upon sign in and now I can't get in at all. The agency has had to clock me in/out that day. I have uninstalled and cleared cache and nothing. I had my daughter install app on her phone so every day I have to inconvenience her to clock me in and out. Not good. Help fix this! Thank u.

Alerts not even 1/2 the time. Then if you do clock in and out it will keep you clocked in. Example, clocked out yesterday and went on before bed it says I was clocked out... this morning tried to clock in, and it says I never clocked out.
