Do not recommend. It says I have an account, but it's not activated. It won't let me activate the account. I've tried multiple times. Still waiting for the activation email from about 6 months ago.

To the Developers: Please add functionality within the app to send a push notification letting customers know that their prescription request has been fulfilled. Having to call my vet each time I submit a request for a prescription refill through your app is not the best use of everyone's time.

As others have indicated, this is just a bookmark/link that redirects, opening the website via your devices default, web browser... More than likely this is just an app harvesting user data, amongst other questionable, if not malicious, functionality.

Unable to log in Update - I'm able to log in but can't locate their records, take a screenshot of the upcoming information or print my 2 pet's records, so what's the purpose of this portal? It used to work better, but it's worthless now - I am disappointed!
