Viasat is a Cheat,,, They took 2 payments out of my account, And tells me they never, I've contacted them 3 or 4 times on chat,,, and Called them 4 or 5 times the Email they gave me to get it all reviewed, was not taking any mail , I sent everything to prove it was taking out by Viasat, that was $221.72. Kinda high for just internet Not to forget the over draft the cause. 1 star. I wish I didn't have to give them a Star at all

Their ability to give good service is beyond them. Between the hours of 8 pm and about 11pm we can't watch TV. All it does is buffer. We've had techs out here. Have called viasat number of times and still no good. We are in the country n don't have alot of choice. I wouldn't do it again
