The app is fine. Could use some stability updates, but it lets me do my job. It's actually pretty sad that there are so many complaints from technicians since it's kind of our job to troubleshoot technology related things. I have zero issues with mine when I close it out completely after I complete a job. You could also just set it in developer settings to close apps whenever you open more than 3 apps.

I would like to thank you for wasting 45 extra minutes yesterday on an easy installation. This app is the worst. The customer agreement keeps timing out on me. Not to mention having to shuffle Wi-Fi on and off to get it to connect to the modem. I think Viasat makes it a goal to make it as hard as possible on installers. No weather waivers which is dumb in itself and an app that doesn't work. Here we are again on an installation now I had done 30 minutes ago but waiting on the customer agreement again.

Dear customer, I apologize, but it's 3 minutes after 5pm therefore we will need to reschedule your service call as someone decided to put it in past open, and I can no longer status my jobs. Yes, I know, I'm here, I'm ready to work, yet I cannot status my job. No idea whose idea that was sir, I agree., it was a horrible idea.

Have login issues nearly every time. Only person the security features are keeping out is me. No one else is trying to log into this app. Good job not letting me sell stuff. Why do I log in with a fingerprint, only to be taken to another login with a user/pass?? Worthless most of the time for me.
