Can't wait to switch to a company with better residential service. No one to adjust, repair, or test devices if needed. Equipment just quits and starts when it wants. Why can't we add Wi-Fi to our account like we use to :(I ran out of Wi-Fi and there's no place for me to go to add any?? That was the best thing about you guys. Unlimited isn't really unlimited either. 😢

It was good while it lasted!! I had it for years and finally, I happily ended my service. It's just garbage. I get one cloud in the sky, and I lose service, I was getting a new modem every year, you can barely understand the Indian customer service accents. I'm just glad I don't have to sit on the phone for 20 minutes anymore. Goodbye Viasat.

They say you can reboot your modem from the aap, does not work. When the modem died the fastest they could get here what's 4 days. We've had the modem for less than a month they told me on the phone that I could get a charge for their problem. I've had problems changing the password. They had no problems taking the money out of my account to pay the bill. Where I live you have very limited choices on what service you can use for the internet. But if this keeps up I will find another service.
