Very unhappy. I literally have an appointment now at 13:30, and I was just told its cancelled. This service is not worth the money. Always go to A&E or go to your GP. I'm going to cancel the service.

I got an appt the day after booking- superfast, gp was helpful at explaining things. After, she said to call my surgery to book an appt to get what we had talked about done. I called them & they said they didn't accept this as being a consultation & I'd have to book another one with a gp at my surgery. The surgery gp gave me more information & could also refer me to different people and places to suit my needs. Would only be suitable for advice really or doctors notes regularly as its expensive

I only download the app to make the following comment (deleting it straight after) Why on earth would anyone wish to use this service and pay £20 per consultant call when you can see your GP and even more call and chat with NHS 111 for free! Am I missing something? Anyone reading this please note that NHS 111 is available free 24/7 not just 8am until 8pm and after talking with your GP (it's easy) you can use pharmacy2U (search for the app) and have your medication delivered free Don't waste £20!
