My child's school uses Circle, it's certainly one of the best parental control payment apps I have seen. It's easy to use, and now I can teach my kids to spend their pocket money wisely.

Great customer service! I've started with this app 2 months ago and did subscribe annual fee + my son visa card, turns out this is super helpful for teenagers or kids to start to value their spending on their own money. I'm really impressed with their customer service named Pam, he/she really did a great job by helping me on my inquiries even at late night (which is past their working hours) the app is very user-friendly and easy to used, Great app! Great system! Great support! Recommended!

Keeps logging me out whenever I need to top up. Also, after I have log in with the correct credentials, error, timeout message keeps popping out. Takes forever to log in, and I can't top up on time.

After signing up they ask to take a selfie but when we allow camera few times, still cannot take selfie

These apps keep logging me out for no reason and have been trying to request for OTP to reset my password for days. Unfortunately, still not done, and it caused my son has no preorder meals in school as I'm unable to log in and reload his wallet. Feel so helpless as Circle team is not much of a help either by saying this is the telco's problem.
