Ok new app worked... Pin code sent didn't work. App locked again. Seriously what the hell. From 24th November you are forcing the app. And it never works. I'm switching away. You will never get it right

The best thing about Virgin Money is that they are always available through Customer Service where you speak to a real human They always quickly answer any queries and/or solve any problem you might have encountered. The app is user-friendly, and I can stay up to date with my financial position easily

Love this app, it's pay with points service, and its lock feature on savings accounts. Highly recommend. Only issue is my Centrelink payments don't go in until 7:30am Sydney time

Transactions and balance not updating in app. Has been weeks with a display warning about credit card features not working properly. The web app has also changed and has locked me out. The phone number is useless. Just get left on hold. I'll be moving banks.

The app is worse than useless after an IT system upgrade. Lots of my transactions are missing, none of the totals line up. I got hit with interest because I was looking at the wrong total and paid off the wrong amount. Stay away from Virgin Money until they get their stuff sorted.

It is the worst banking app. I have the latest version, I have tried uninstalling and installing and still I can't see all my transactions or track my spending. It has been over a month since I reported the problem. I can't really use the benefits of a credit card.
