There is a software improvement that needs to be done. If a class has spaces, this is shown (in gray) on the class list page. But if the class also has some waiting, this is mot shown. It therefore gives the impression that there are spaces available. You can find this out by going in to the class page, but it would be useful if both the number of spaces and the size of the waiting list were shown on the list/timetable page. Otherwise, an excellent application.

No one available to answer calls, on one occasion phone put on engaged? Not a normal occurrence, but not expected when you have a membership. Or trying to cancel a booked class due to ill-health.
