App hangs on log-in, you have to guess the time to book in with the GP....after 3 or 4 attempts it finally gives the availability of the GP instead of upfront when booking. Vitality just offer a load of gimmicks instead of access to healthcare.

Waited 4 days for an available appointment. Joined consultation, waited for the GP to join for 10 mins. Had a missed call from the GP saying she was having problems connecting and that I should book another consultation via app if I still needed to see GP. Really disappointed, it would have been easier/ quicker seeing NHS GP by the time I wait for another consultation that may of may not happen.

Constantly logs you out making it impossible to do anything, I managed to book an appointment but I don't think the app will keep me logged in long enough to join it. I'm pretty sure they do this on purpose to keep appointments down.
