Inventarisierung leicht gemacht: Rechner, Notebooks, Kameras, Dockingstations und vieles mehr gehören zu Ihrem Inventar. Den Überblick darüber zu behalten, kostet Zeit und Geld. Aber es geht auch schnell und kostengünstig - mit unserer App!
Mit VitriApp-Inventar gelingt die Inventarisierung von ortsveränderlichen Objekten mühelos. Ein mobiles Endgerät mit einem QR-Codescanner und -drucker kennzeichnet die Objekte eindeutig, erfasst sie und weist sie einem Standort zu.
Nach anschließender Synchronisation stehen die Daten in Ihrem CAFM-System Vitricon zur Verfügung.

- Schnelle Navigation durch QR-Code-unterstützte Raumcodierung
- Pflege von Artikelstämmen und -katalogen
- Automatische Synchronisation mit der Vitricon-Datenbank nach Erfassung und Codierung vor Ort
