But please upgrade the app to show exactly minutes I used not hours because the call me and said I'm doing over calls, I have 3000 minutes a month but when I check on usage it shows hours. Please upgrade it to show minutes I do used on month

The Vobi app has been extremely unreliable. Calls often fail, drop, or give error messages, and in many cases people cannot hear me at all. My network is stable, and other apps work perfectly, so the issue is clearly with Vobi. It makes basic communication difficult and impacts productivity. Overall, the app feels unstable and not suitable for professional use. Significant improvements are needed to call quality and reliability.

This is a month-to-month deal, when you don't pay a month this service provider still decides to bill you when your services are offline. This is ridiculous they are robbing us for our hard end sweat, expect us to pay for something that we don't use. The app is offline when you do pay for your services but when you want to pay for it, they bring up the month's that you didn't use the service and expect you to pay for those months before they allow you to use the app. NOT A CONTRACT
