Description

Vocabulary Star is a unique and fun word scramble game. Want to improve your vocabulary in an enjoyable way? With enough practice, this game will help you do that. With a database of nearly 5000 words at the high school to college reading level, you can improve your word knowledge.

Each trial will display the definition of a word. Below the definition is 4 buttons that has parts of the word in a scrambled order. Your job is to tap the buttons in the correct order to spell out the word that fits the definition. You can obtain 2 points on each trial. One point for getting the word correct, and a bonus point for getting it correct without any errors.

Track and graph your score history and compete against others on an online global scoreboard.

Vocabulary Star is also a great way to prepare for college entrance examines such as the SAT.

Comments on Vocabulary Star for Android

★★★★★ Vocabulary star Helps me spell my words better

★★★★★ Good but... The vocabulary sets for the younger ages are way too advanced. i would remove ages below 14. Otherwise it's a great mental exercise.

★★★★★ Great Fun and creative way to involve vocabulary into a game. I am learning so much and there's plenty more to come. I do hope they will add new games soon.

★★★★★ Great game Véry educational for all age. Věry good game.

★★★★★ Zelfda Quick fun.

★★★★★ good just wish the word would diplay a bit longer after i spelled it correctly so i can remember it

★★☆☆☆ Please fix Good game, but the ads are right in the way at the bottom, while you're playing the game. I'm like, no way !!

★★☆☆☆ Disappointing The previous ratings are correct. You cannot see the letters at all, and if you just hit one randomly, it takes you to the ad. The same game exists within Mind Games (here you can play it) but this version seems to have different words and a larger base. Uninstalling!

★★☆☆☆ Ads Seriously?? Advertisements covering the letters??? Looked like a great game and description said it was fixed, but it proved to be untrue. Uninstalling!
