★★★★★ Latest update has solved most reliability problems. I use it with the Bike Light GPS tracker. Ride tracking is unreliable, but it can find my bike if it's stolen. Would like more customization - the ability to turn sounds off, adjust brightness, default to alarm off (I want it to message me if the bike is stolen but not sound an alarm that just draws attttobthe tracer)...

★★★★★ Problems at first but they sorted it out I have had a problem with the app before the update. I couldn't connect to a new neo watch. Viacom themselves was completely useless, but I have to give credit to Vodafone's contact center. I was informed of every little update no matter what, thanks. We could finally connect today. I just need help with the watch itself, I can make calls froms the app to the watch but my when you cal from the watch it just rings but does not connect to the chosen number

★★★★★ Keep on having to log in, and password reset arrives in email that has already timed out. Been going round in circles for days now Update 23rd sept 21. The reset email still takes so long to arrive that it has timed out by the time it has arrived. I have only been able to use as a light and alarm as all app related functionality for three months now has not worked. Disappointing as the rides and tracking was great for the first few weeks. Was phoned by a representative and now all fixed

★★☆☆☆ WARNING: Utter Trash AVOID Doesn't work 99% of the time. We bought a smartwatch for our kid for to track him and keep in touch, and it doesn't work. Calling and messaging works at random. If you update the app you lose the entire chat history. Don't even bother trying to call the device from your phone. And best of all is it's near impossible to actually log into your account.

★★☆☆☆ Brand-new Vodafone curve tracker not picked by Note 10 plus via Bluetooth or IMEI. Poor app. Loads slowly.

★★☆☆☆ Worst product from Vodafone, I bought neo watch for my child to track her. When my child tried to call to my phone every time the app freeze, I cannot accept the call at all. Will never recommend to anyone total waste of time and money.
