Great cheap tracking device but god, why is the app now slowing down. Updates are making the app really slow. Takes over 30 seconds to open on a Samsung Galaxy s10 5g which has good processing specs and ram. Please bring back the older version. 28/2/23 update: Additionally, the device and app no longer informs/notifies me when the device has entered or left a zone rendering it useless especially when needed in the time

Was terrible but now, after the latest update, things are starting to work again. Update on how to use with the Bike Curve Bluetooth. Once connected to the Bluetooth. Every time you want to reconnect to the Bluetooth you must go to the app settings and force stop the app, and then it will connect to the Bluetooth for that one time. Do the same every time you wish to connect to Bluetooth.

Problems at first but they sorted it out I have had a problem with the app before the update. I couldn't connect to a new neo watch. Viacom themselves was completely useless, but I have to give credit to Vodafone's contact center. I was informed of every little update no matter what, thanks. We could finally connect today. I just need help with the watch itself, I can make calls froms the app to the watch but my when you cal from the watch it just rings but does not connect to the chosen number

Update has turned the curve into a brick - it logged me out of everything again and then asked for all sorts of details, but I can't add the curve back because it won't connect to it either via Bluetooth or IMEI. Excellent. Rounds out my experience of Vodafone. Never again

This app is absolutely dreadful. No idea why we're paying for a SIM for our child's device when the app is so unreliable that we can't count on it being a viable means of communication. Someone please sort this out.

Unreliable. Seems the app is unavailable more than usable. Had great potential for using the Vodafone Curve as a vehicle tracker, but having now driven from northern Scotland to Croatia, it has not once been able to open and show my vehicle location. Useless.
