Description
Ever wondered if your voice appears more (traditionally) "male" or "female" - or neither? You can now easily find out by recording a one minute sample with our app. It’ll analyse your voice and calculate your average pitch range.
Your results will be saved and you can follow changes over time. So if you train your voice, this will show your progress and improvements.
Note: Because every mobile phone and tablet has a different microphone, we recommend to use a headset for the voice recording. It should go without saying that this app cannot replace professional speech analysing software. Its purpose is merely to give a hint on how high or low your pitch is.

This app is amazing to track how well my voice training is going. I'm going to go on testosterone to start my transition soon, and I want to start voice training q but early, so this really helps. There's also no ads. However, I do wish there was a male and female audio file to reference back to for each reading and I also think it would be nice if you could hear yourself in the recording to help track your progress better

Been using it for a year and I love it quite a lot. As someone with voice dysphoria who trains pitch regularly it's really useful. However I would love it if the devs considered a listening option? Sometimes I get nice records and wish I could hear how it went. Thanks a lot for an amazing app!!!

Even with multiple attempts including ensuring that the app had access to my microphone it was unable to register anything and denoted my vocal range as zero Hertz.

This app is a complete scam and irredeemably bad. The fact that it only measures pitch and ascribes rigid boundaries to arbitrary values of pitch makes it almost entirely useless for any meaningful voice training. At least it's free, unlike other apps that force you to commit >$10 to get rid of ads, but that doesn't excuse the fact that it was made on a premise that's almost entirely bunk.

Can't record my voice at all. I have a functioning microphone and tried it on other recording devices. I tried searching why this problem occurs and no guides at all.
