VoiceTask: Voice To-Do & Notes

Talk the way you think. VoiceTask turns what you say into tasks, reminders, calendar blocks and clean notes, and you watch them appear on screen while you are still speaking.

SPEAK ONCE, EVERYTHING GETS FILED
Say "Call the dentist Tuesday at 9, buy milk on the way home, and remind me every Monday to send the report." Three tasks appear live, with a date, a reminder and a repeat, before you finish the sentence.

FIX IT BY VOICE
Changed your mind mid-sentence? Just say "actually, make it Wednesday". Say "that's all" when you are done. Everything stays a draft until you tap Add, and anything can be undone.

VOICE NOTES THAT TURN INTO ACTION
Record a thought, a meeting or a brain dump. VoiceTask writes the transcript, a title and a short summary, and pulls out the action items so you can add them as tasks in one tap. Search everything you have ever said.

YOUR DAY, ORGANIZED
Today shows what is overdue, what you just captured and what is due today. Upcoming plans the next two weeks, with a timeline for time-blocking and optional sync with your phone's calendar. Projects, subtasks, priorities and repeating tasks are there when you need them.

WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Speak in any of 40 languages, including English, Español, Português, Deutsch, Français, हिन्दी, 日本語, العربية, Русский and Polski.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Before anything is sent for transcription, VoiceTask asks for your permission and names exactly who processes it. Your recordings are never sold and never used to train AI models.

FREE TO START
The free plan includes 10 voice actions every week and unlimited typing. VoiceTask Pro gives you unlimited voice and unlimited projects, with a free trial so you can try it first.

• A brand-new VoiceTask: Today, Upcoming, Notes and Browse — a calmer design with your day at a glance, quick add and one tap to speak.
• Speak the way you think: Long dictations with pauses stay one task, cards appear while you talk, and you can finish with an end phrase like “that’s all”.
• Reminders that fit you: Set your default reminder once, get reminded again until it’s done, and assign tasks to people with “Who”.
