I am a new customer to Voilà. I have used their service 4 times now, and I am very happy. My groceries are always fresh and placed in bags carefully. The deliveries have been always on time and last but not least, the drivers have been courteous and friendly. They even help me with my bags.

I love that the drivers are friendly and always call in advance, they also come right to my front door. The products are good quality and the couple of times I've had an issue it's been easy to call and sort it out.

Can't log in on my phone, it just shows blank page since I've entered my credentials. My partner can log in, but she doesn't have access to the scene discounts that are available on the iga app, which forces you to use this one to order online. In short, a bad experience.

I log in, and it tells me to sign up. The app barely loads in the first place, and apparently, they don't deliver to my location despite delivering to my neighbors.

The time slots to order are so inconvenient. If you order for delivery between 6-10 am they show up at 6 am. If you order between 8 and 10am they show up at 10am. So the only real options are 6 or 10am lol.

Horrible checkout experience. Once you deceide to check out you have to click checkout 5 times and several times I thought I had placed an order only for it to be stuck in one of the checkout screens. So I wait for my order which never comes, and I have to check out again. Once my delivery pass ends I'm not using this app again
