Would give 5 stars, but it lacks biometric sign in, which would avoid 2-step verification. Also, the 2-step verification is by email and not sms.

It gives me complete access to my prescriptions and a way to contact my pharmacist without driving downtown. (phone access very problematic)

What's the point in having notifications enabled for when your prescription is ready for pickup, if the login expires as soon as you exit the app? Absolutely useless. Not to mention, my info is at Sobeys, I want to use Lawton's because I moved closer to one, if you're on the same system why can't I just import my existing profile, history, and prescriptions with one click?

I don't use Chrome and have it disabled on my phone, therefore this app is now useless to me. The login screen doesn't redirect to Firefox, so I can't log in anymore. Old Lawtons app was great, this one is garbage.

App won't load. No point in having it if I need to contact the pharmacy to get my meds, since I can't even log into it.
