Great app. Got a replacement phone, and I HAVE to install this to manage my family's scripts. User-friendly and completely useful. Not one of those apps where you install it and find no use for the app.

Been trying to get into this app for months. There's some glitch that the tech couldn't figure out, so he said she'd pass it to the developers and email me a reference number. So email came through (I check spam multiple times). Called and emailed on several occasions. They call you back and leave a number for you to return their call just so you can leave ANOTHER message. Also call as late at 830pm when you're not expecting a call from tech support, so you're not paying attention to your phone.

The app works, but it's very frustrating trying to swipe on a prescription to refill it.

The app worked when I set it up last week, and I ordered my first prescription. Now I can't log in. First it doesn't recognize my password, then when I reset, I'm told to enable push notifications. I checked and found that they are enabled. My session timed out while I was sorting the notifications, but now my new password is no longer recognized.
