★★☆☆☆ Horrible application. UI is not user-friendly, not appealing and not giving a pleasing experience overall. Sound on the phone has lot of lag. I even tested using access numbers, but voice lag is still there, seems like either be the result of unbalanced voip compression connecting access number and destination number for allowed bandwidth or just slow and cheap connecting systems. I have been using the app for 7 years. I am leaving the account now with 7 euro credit in it, I found a better app.

★★☆☆☆ I bought credit using one of the listed payment check out methods provided, but I did not receive the credit. 3rd parties confirmed the payment went through, and my banker debited the amount. I contacted the developers almost 1 week ago who also confirmed the same, but still they have not credited my balance or refunded. It's disappointing having used this good app for the past 1 year, now I have to shift apps. Any suggestions of a good VOIP app out there?
