Recently bought an LG G7 and the app didn't work. Spoke to Vodafone and they
fixed it. Very pleased. Thanks!

Works well on S9, only thing missing (that would be really useful) is the ability to set an outgoing identity (name), as it stands, my colleagues only see my extension number appear, not my name. Can't see anywhere to add a name.

Works like a charm Since they started killing off native SIP integration in new versions of android I've tried many SIP clients on the Google market and this one seems to be the best. Finally, a SIP client that does not disconnect every so often and overcomes network conditions by using push notifications instead. Result no (or few) missed calls. If you do happen to miss a call you at least get an instant notification. Brilliant! Sound quality excellent like it should be.

Poorly designed application which could be easily improved with a few simple (and typically standard) usability features. If any of these features exist then they aren't easy to find and this shows why you should try to follow the Android UI guidelines. - Credentials are not checked when setting up. I wanted to use with LastPass which has the credentials I use for the online account management but this isn't possible as the app needs account number and the site uses account email. Nonetheless, using my email was accepted as if the credentials were correct. Credentials should be checked, so you can't set up with something which won't work, and it would be great if it were made to accept email address for login (or at least allow the website to accept account number) so it can be used with a password manager. - Once set up you cannot change the settings. After logging in with the wrong detail (using email instead of account number) I had a persistent notification which told me about the authentication issue and nothing worked in the app, but I couldn't find anywhere to change the credentials. Clicking the notification was unhelpful and in the end I had to go through android settings to clear the app data (which based on the programs prompts when doing so seems like the intended method - pretty ridiculous). - No menu, no settings. When trying to change the credentials I hunted for a menu or settings view but had no luck in finding one. Either use commonly recognized symbols or follow Android UI standards so that (if a menu or settings view exists) it can be easily found. If an app can be configured you expect it to have a settings page even if the only thing on that page is the username and password settings. - On the topic of settings, a setting that should exist is the ability change the ringtone. The power of customization and configurability can never be underrated. - With regard to a menu, another thing that should exist is the ability to fully close the application, so it's not running in the background. Force kill through the UI should not be considered a method for achieving this.

I like the Vodafone service and have had my account for many years but this app is very poor indeed and needs more work to be a viable solution. Soft phone just will not ring when a call is incoming. I've tried numerous times with many people. The caller gets a few rings and then goes straight to the answer service. On the plus side I get an immediate notification that I've missed a call. The interface is pretty clumsy and the color scheme is awful!

Terrible - when you leave the app in the background, calls go straight to
voicemail
