How to register When launching the app for the first time after registration, you will be asked to fill in your personal information, including your vehicle’s VIN number and preferred dealer for our records. You will receive a verification code via email or SMS, which you will need to key in to complete the registration. Owners who have registered with the previous version app will need to use the same email address to access their existing information in the new app.

Satisfied with the app. Been using this app for more than a year. Only once had issue with login but after contacting support, they resolved it quickly. Been using this to book appointments at the VW Glenmarie branch. They never failed to contact me the next day to confirm the appt.

Very stupid app. Virtually impossible to register as they need an SMS verification code and did not receive it at all...come on VW... you guys can do better right after your customer service screw up and your car recall

Impossible to login, the app keep repeating the error message "session expired". Was the app even tested by the developer?
