75 plate and no camping mode. Gutted. Can set Heat / Zircon to come on and stay on for 30 minutes. Just means you wake up frozen and reach for the App to go for another 30-minute session. GLX having all the good features but disappointed VW will not update software to give camping mode to such a new vehicle with only 2000 miles on the clock

It works okay, but there are problems with the charging system that don't overcome through the app. When using an intelligent charger that is waiting for surplus before starting to charge, the app flags a warning, but the car goes into a mode that does not allow charging, and you have to unplug and reconnect it to start charging, which is not very clever or at all useful!

I can lock\unlock my car from a greater distance than the key allows. Useful in some specific scenarios. I can see a brief outline of my vehicle's health, and service due dates. I can see total mileage which is more useful than I would've thought, as it's not something I memorize. No ads in my face, and nothing suspicious that I can see. For example, I can see details about my last journey. Not plotted on a map, just the distance covered and MPG achieved. I don't care if VW have that data.

App itself works decent, but not for the price. Missing part is a working software in VW cars (please release not only shop updates once in a while!!! 😕) and API access.

For some reason they recently started enforcing Play Integrity API and that does not work on Graphene OS.

I couldn't charge my car for a week and couldn't work out why. After unhelpful Volkswagen care calls I found within this all the maximum allowed charging was set at zero. It's not even an option to choose. A week of stress for an all glitch

Enjoy an extensive range of VW Connect services and features, for instance:
• View your remaining range and current charge level even when you're not in the vehicle.
• Use the air conditioning feature to bring your vehicle to a pleasant temperature before your journey, whenever you want or at your usual departure times.
• View your vehicle's last parking position and share it with other apps to navigate to it.
• Check whether your vehicle’s doors and windows are closed and the light is off.
• Conveniently lock and unlock your vehicle remotely.
• Plan destinations and routes in the app before you start your journey and send them to your vehicle.
• Save the details of your preferred authorised workshop so that they can contact you as soon as a scheduled service is due.
• Manage your mobile online services and any optional accessories that can be activated at a later date.
